Paper Assembly House ships orders through USPS within the contiguous United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, most packages arrive within approximately 5–7 business days, though delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, postal delays, or other USPS-related conditions.

In-Store Pick Up

 

Orders selected for in-store pickup will be held for 90 days. After that time, items may be returned to inventory and refunded to the original payment method.

Local Delivery

​

Local delivery is currently available within Radford city limits only.

​

Most local deliveries are completed within 1 business day. If you need same-day delivery, please contact us at paperassemblyhouse@gmail.com before placing your order when possible.

Same-day local delivery is available for an additional $8.00 fee and is subject to availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love your order from Paper Assembly House. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Returns are eligible for store credit only. Store credit may be issued in the form of a Paper Assembly House gift card.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Sale items, jewelry and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days at paperassemblyhouse@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
